With a handful of days left in Hong Kong I found myself with a room next to the beach and an Alaskan neighbour with a penchant for the charms of the nearby bar, Tap Tap. The kind of bar that opens when the owner feels like it and only closes when the final guest has had their last. A few days to blow off some steam, be it with late nights in the local watering hole or out at sea in a canoe with the Treasure Island Group - an outdoor adventure company in need of some new portraits.
