Trade 93 | Málà Dumplings
I've never been to Beijing but from the discussions I've had I gather a visit to the city leaves you with a penchant for dumplings. In Matt & Teesh's case six years there turned that penchant into a full blown food truck you'll find parked up at various events, farmer's markets and wineries around Margaret River serving these little portions of Asia in a pretty neat 6 minutes. The trade was tagging along in the truck for a couple of these events over easter weekend, some food photography back home and time spare for a sunset and sunrise visit to surfers point (more surfing photos on the journal) as well as a day at the mouth of the town's namesake for some stand up paddle boarding.
